Requests for consultation or counsel do not themselves establish an attorney-client relationship. One can only become a client of the Pote Law Firm or any of our attorneys after conflicts have been checked and an agreement is reached as to the scope and terms of the representation.

Even if you have an established attorney-client relationship with the firm or any of our attorneys, please do not send any confidential or sensitive information through a contact form as such submissions may not be secure.
