POTE LAW FIRM IS EXCITED TO WELCOME ATTORNEY KATHRIN RICHARDS TO THE TEAM!

Pote Law Firm is excited to welcome Kathrin “Katie” Richards to the team as a new Of Counsel Attorney! Katie brings many years of legal experience helping clients protect their trademarks and other intellectual property and assisting with numerous other business matters. Prior to joining PLF, Katie was with Creatives Law Learn working with businesses throughout Colorado, and her background in intellectual property law makes her well-suited to work with all kinds of creatives.

Katie received her J.D. from Michigan State University summa cum laude and also graduated summa cum laude from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree. She joined a full-service corporate law firm out of law school and then subsequently joined a boutique patent firm, where she gained additional experience with a wide range of clients and businesses. We look forward to all of the amazing contributions Katie will add to our growing firm!
